Returns: All sales are final. The buyer must understand what he/she is buying prior to completing a sale. HCSL will accept returns for unopened individual products that arrive damaged or incomplete. In which case the company will refund the purchase price to the buyer's credit card online, less shipping and handling. For products coming in bulk (more than one per box or case), only the damaged product will be refunded and not the balance of the case. Liability for quality lies with the manufacturer and HCSL assumes no liability for any products sold through its websites. HCSL reserves the right to refuse replacement.
